I had limited time in Florence and after doing some research, this was on my list of places to check out. It was a great decision! I bought this pair of snakeskin shoes and matching belt. The length of the belt was altered to suit me within a matter of minutes, and the service was friendly and welcoming. All the different leathers were beautiful, especially the stingray. My only regret was not finding a bag in a design that I liked. Definitely worth a visit!

Brought a beautiful leather coat on My birthday so buttery soft and amazing quality and price for how beautiful the leather is! I actually changed my mind on the coat I wanted after having purchased and Sonia and Erin were so accommodating and friendly and helped me find the right coat for me and took so much time and were patient and friendly. Ho acquistato in questo negozio una bellissima giacca in pelle blu, un capo di alto artigianato straordinario: la pelle eccellente e morbidissima al tatto, il colore stupendo, le rifiniture perfette e il profumo di vera pelle “di una volta” fanno capire come in questo negozio le abili mani degli artigiani fiorentini e le materie prime di ottima qualità si incontrano in un’arte perfetta, in cui il tempo sembra essersi fermato, fatta di capi la cui bellezza risulta intramontabile, sempre alla moda. Nella mia esperienza d’acquisto sono stato affiancato da tre signore fini, competenti e simpatiche, che mi hanno saputo dare consigli giusti e apprezzati e con cui ho avuto il piacere di fare una bella chiacchierata mentre provavo le loro giacche. Il prezzo infine, rapportato a qualità e bellezza del prodotto, è più che onesto. Insomma, se passate per Firenze non potete non affidarvi a questo negozio per un acquisto del genere, e diffidate da chi si improvvisa venditore di articoli in pelle, perché solo qui troverete la vera arte.

My wife and I bought jackets here in November. They have top quality leather goods and the owners are nice, knowledgeable, and not pushy.

I came to Florence this past weekend and I was in the market for an authentic high quality leather jacket, we must’ve searched around dozens of places and none of them felt right except for this one, the man who helped me, Aldo, was lovely and man do they do know how to sell!!! But not in a pushy way like some other places, and the quality on these jackets felt a cut above so it was definitely worth the price!

La Pelle’s product selection, quality and their service was phenomenal. I looked at a shearling bomber jacket for days finally breaking down to try it on. I am a big guy and this jacket fit beautifully. The proprietor was very helpful and even gave me a beautiful carry bag to travel with. I highly recommend this establishment in Florence.

La Pelle is an amazing family owned business that sells stunning leather jackets and handbags. Aldo, Sonia and Erin make you feel at home with their bright smiles and thoughtful, tailored recommendations. Their products are better than leading designer brands at a fraction of the cost. My fiancée purchased a reversible, leather trench coat during our trip to Florence. The cost has been complimented and admired by many once we returned home. What a great momento from our trip! We’re excited to buy a Python handbag from La Pelle soon!

First trip to Florence and it would have not been complete without an italian leather coat. After some research I found La Pelle and am so glad we did! The service was stellar, selection was fantastic, and the price was reasonable for such amazing quality. A fabulous gem of a store and I could not have been happier!

My wife was looking for a leather jacket and we stumbled upon this wonderful shop. The owners are incredibly nice and not at all pushy like a lot of shops in town, and their prices are very reasonable. Best of all, the quality of their products are fantastic! So much so that I bought a coat for myself as well. Highly recommend La Pelle as a first place to look for Italian leather goods.
